Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you wish to cancel your order, reach us at support@sonicteck.com immediately. Please be aware that the order can only be cancelled before it has been shipped.
 
What types of payment do you accept?

Shipping

Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer FREE shipping Canada wide on all electronically operated products of $100 and up. There maybe a Large Package surcharge fee for very large items.
When will my order be shipped?
The order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed and the payment is successfully processed. If for any reason the order cannot be shipped, we will contact you at the first time to resolve the problem.
 
Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail contains the tracking number and the instruction of how to use the number. Please inform us by email to support@sonicteck.com if you have trouble tracking your order.
 
How long does it take to receive the order?
Depend on the shipping method, your geolocation and order time, the order normally takes 2-5 business days after dispatch to arrive at your door.
If you have not received the order for too long, please check with your local post office for delivery failure. Then contact us at support@sonicteck.com if you cannot find your order.
 
Where can you ship to?
We currently are able to ship products to most areas within Canada. We do not ship any orders to P.O. boxes.

  

  

  

Warranty

Do the items sold in Sonic Teck come with a warranty?
Yes, our Limited Warranty applies to all physical products purchased from Sonic Teck. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Sonic Teck will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Please note our Limited Warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. For example, the physical damage of the exterior or internal part.
 
How long does the warranty coverage last?
The warranty period for goods purchased from Sonic Teck is 90 days from the date of purchase.
Replacement good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original good.
 
How can I claim a product warranty?
Before claiming the warranty, please review the above answers. If the product you purchased from Sonic Teck is under the warranty coverage, contact us at support@sonicteck.com to start the warranty process.
 
How should I care for the products?
Before using the product, read the instruction manual thoroughly and follow the manual to assemble, operate and store the product. 
  

  

  

Return

Can I return an item purchased from Sonic Teck?
Yes, you can return Ride on cars, RC Car and any electrical items purchased from Sonic Teck within 7 days. In order to complete the return, the item must in the original packaging and excellent condition. All RC Toys cannot be returned once the package is opened unless the product is defective on arrival.

What should I do in order to return an item?
Before start the return process, please read the Refund & Warranty Policy and make sure the product is returnable. Then contact us at support@sonicteck.com to request the return.
 
Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?
