We deliver to customers in Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Maple, Richmond Hill, Markham, Newmarket, Aurora, Oakville, Milton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and surrounding communities, as well as most areas of Canada.
SonicTeck offers free standard shipping within Canada on eligible orders totalling $150.00 to $5,000.00 CAD, and a $24.99 CAD standard rate on smaller orders. Large packages and some remote or hard-to-reach destinations may carry additional shipping charges, and eligibility can depend on the item and the destination. Where is SonicTeck located?

Can I visit the showroom before buying?
Yes. You can explore available models in person and ask our team about features and specifications. If you'd like to see a particular model, contact us before visiting, since display availability may vary.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Pickup is available at our Woodbridge showroom, and pickup from our Mississauga warehouse is available by appointment. Please contact us before travelling so we can confirm product availability and pickup arrangements.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within approximately 2–3 business days, and our shipping policy lists an average transit time of approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch. These time frames are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, and seasonal demand or carrier delays can extend them.
Is shipping free?
SonicTeck offers free standard shipping within Canada on eligible orders totalling $150.00 to $5,000.00 CAD. Orders from $0.01 to $149.99 CAD ship for a standard rate of $24.99 CAD. Large packages, remote destinations and certain delivery locations may incur additional shipping charges, and eligibility can depend on the item and destination. Do kids ride-on cars come assembled?
Assembly requirements vary by model, and some vehicles require installation of components before their first use. Check the product page and included manual for model-specific instructions, and use any available assembly video alongside the manufacturer's instructions. Assembly is not included with standard shipping by default, so contact us before ordering if you'd like to ask about assembly options and any applicable charges.
What warranty comes with a ride-on car?
Eligible products purchased directly from SonicTeck are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date the product is delivered, subject to the policy's terms and exclusions. The warranty remedy is limited to replacement of the faulty part. Read the full Warranty Policy before submitting a claim.
What is your return policy?
Our published policy allows eligible returns to be requested within 7 days. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and not assembled or disassembled, and discounted products are final sale. A 5% cancellation fee applies to returns and order cancellations, and opened items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes. We offer replacement parts for supported vehicles purchased directly from SonicTeck, subject to availability. Depending on the model, parts can include batteries, chargers, remote controls and electrical components. Contact us with your order details, vehicle model and a description or photo of the part you need.
What should I do if my ride-on car arrives damaged?
Contact support@sonicteck.com immediately and, under our published policy, within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage, the shipping box and the packaging, keep the original packaging, and do not assemble or operate the vehicle until you receive instructions.
Should I choose a 12V or a 24V ride-on car?
A 12V ride-on car can be a good choice for younger children and everyday use, while a 24V vehicle may offer more power, particularly on models with stronger motors and suitable drivetrains. Voltage alone doesn't determine performance, so compare battery capacity (Ah), motor wattage, drivetrain, vehicle weight, tires and the manufacturer's specifications.
