Yes. Pickup is available at our Woodbridge showroom, and pickup from our Mississauga warehouse is available by appointment. Contact us before travelling so we can confirm availability and pickup arrangements.
How long does delivery take in the Toronto area?
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within approximately 2–3 business days, and our shipping policy lists an average transit time of approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Is shipping free?
SonicTeck offers free standard shipping within Canada on eligible orders totalling $150.00 to $5,000.00 CAD. Orders from $0.01 to $149.99 CAD ship for a standard rate of $24.99 CAD. Large packages and certain destinations may incur additional charges, so review our Shipping Policy or contact us before ordering.
Do kids ride-on cars come assembled?
Assembly requirements vary by model, and some vehicles require installation of components before their first use. Check the product page and included manual for model-specific instructions. Assembly is not included with standard shipping by default, so contact us before ordering if you'd like to ask about assembly options and any applicable charges.
What warranty comes with a ride-on car?
Eligible products purchased directly from SonicTeck are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date the product is delivered, subject to the policy's terms and exclusions. The warranty remedy is limited to replacement of the faulty part. Read the full Warranty Policy for details.
What is your return policy?
Our published policy allows eligible returns to be requested within 7 days. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and not assembled or disassembled, and discounted products are final sale. A 5% cancellation fee applies to returns and order cancellations, and opened items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes. We offer replacement parts for supported vehicles purchased directly from SonicTeck, subject to availability, including items like batteries, chargers, remote controls and electrical components depending on the model. Contact us with your order details and vehicle model so we can identify the correct part.
What should I do if my ride-on car arrives damaged?
Contact support@sonicteck.com immediately and, under our published policy, within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging, keep the original box, and do not assemble or operate the vehicle until you receive instructions.
I'm not near the GTA. Can I still buy from SonicTeck?
