How to Choose the Right Kids Electric Jeep
12V or 24V?
A 12V Jeep can be a great first ride-on for younger children, while a 24V Jeep offers more power for bigger kids and rougher backyard terrain. Voltage isn't everything, though. Compare battery capacity (Ah), motor wattage, drivetrain, vehicle weight and tires before deciding. Our Kids Jeep Buying Guide walks through the differences in detail.
One seat or two?
Our single-seat 12V Wrangler suits one young driver, while the Jeep Rubicon 4x4 12V, 24V 2-Seater and Monster Jeep 24V offer two seats. Before buying a two-seater, check the seat space and combined maximum weight on the listing, since two seats don't guarantee every pair of children will fit comfortably.
Where will they drive it?
For grass, gravel and uneven ground, look for 4x4 drive, rubber tires, suspension and good ground clearance, like the Rubicon and Monster Jeep models. Even so, no ride-on Jeep suits every slope or trail, so follow the product manual and use a safe, supervised riding area.
Parental remote control
All of the Jeeps featured on this page include a parental remote so an adult can steer or stop the vehicle while a child is learning, but features vary by model. Confirm the remote's functions on the listing, and treat it as a supervision aid rather than a substitute for watching your child.

Kids Ride-On Jeep FAQs
What age is a kids ride-on Jeep for?
It depends on the model. Smaller 12V Jeeps tend to suit younger children, while larger 24V two-seaters fit older kids. Always check the recommended age, dimensions and maximum weight on the product listing, and remember that adult supervision is essential at every age.
Should I buy a 12V or a 24V Jeep?
Choose based on the child and the vehicle, not voltage alone. A 12V Jeep can be the right first ride for a younger child, while a 24V Jeep may offer stronger performance for bigger kids. Compare battery amp-hours, motor power, drivetrain, weight and tires, and read our Jeep buying guide for a full comparison.
Which SonicTeck Jeeps seat two children?
The Jeep Rubicon 4x4 12V, 24V 2-Seater Kids Ride-On Jeep and Monster Jeep 24V are two-seaters, while the 12V Ride-On Jeep Wrangler is a single-seater. For any two-seater, check the combined weight limit and seating layout before buying for siblings.
Can a kids electric Jeep drive on grass?
Models with 4x4 drive, rubber tires and suspension, such as the Rubicon and Monster Jeeps, handle grass and uneven ground better than basic models with plastic wheels. Actual performance depends on grass length, slopes, ground conditions and rider weight, so follow the manual's operating limits.
How long does the battery last?
Runtime varies by model and use. Many kids ride-on vehicles provide roughly 45 minutes to 1.5 hours of driving under varying conditions, but rider weight, terrain, temperature and speed all play a role. Treat stated runtimes as estimates rather than guarantees.
Do kids ride-on Jeeps come assembled?
Assembly requirements vary by model, and some vehicles need components installed before first use. Check the listing and included manual, and use any available assembly video. Assembly isn't included with standard shipping by default, so contact us before ordering to ask about options and any applicable charges.
What warranty and return terms apply?
Eligible products purchased directly from SonicTeck are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from delivery, with the remedy limited to replacement of the faulty part. Eligible returns can be requested within 7 days under our published policy, and restocking or cancellation fees may apply. Read our Warranty Policy and Refund & Returns Policy before ordering.
Can I see a Jeep in person or pick it up locally?
Yes. Visit our Woodbridge showroom during opening hours, or arrange warehouse pickup in Mississauga by appointment. Contact us before travelling so we can confirm availability, and see our showroom page for hours and directions.
